In the dead of winter, pack some heat with the Element Boot Camp. For ages 10+ (parents are welcome to join in the fun!) We concentrate on conditioning, mindfulness, strength, and speed to enhance your skills for your upcoming season or to get you back into shape. The 8-week camp starts the first week of January.
